For Christmas 2018, the chef of our steakhouse Le George has crafted a special holiday menu for Hôtel l’Elysée Val d’Europe guests, for them to enjoy with their families or friends on the evening of December 24th. Be our guest!
Champagne and Christmas appetiser …
Our Christmas menu begins with a glass of Philipponnat Brut Réserve champagne or a non-alcoholic fruity cocktail, followed by roasted scallops and mashed parsnip.
Seasonal starter and main dish…
For the starter, our chef is serving homemade pepper foie gras, to be enjoyed on toasted dried fruit loaf. Hotel guests will then get to taste almond-crusted lamb with crispy winter vegetables, chestnuts, and thin-cut potatoes.
Cheese course and wintry dessert…
Before the dessert, a sumptuous truffled brie with dried fruit and a peppered pear marmalade. Last on the menu, a chocolate entremets with chocolate-hazelnut mousse and citrus marmalade.
Something special for kids!
Le George’s chef hasn’t forgotten the restaurant’s younger guests. Their meal will include fruit juice, cheese puffs, chicken with mushroom sauce and mashed parsnips, with a chocolate Yule log for dessert. They’ll be ready for Christmas with satisfied stomachs!
Le George, open year round for lunch, dinner, and special events
The restaurant is open Monday – Sunday for dinner from 7 pm to 11 pm, and for lunch from 12 pm to 2 pm. The steakhouse is located just off the lobby of Hôtel l’Elysée Val d’Europe at 7 Cours du Danube (77700, Serris), in the heart of Val d’Europe.
