Lockdown: Seminars continue at Élysée Val d’Europe
Throughout the lockdown period, Hôtel l’Élysée Val d’Europe is still hosting your seminars and professional meetings, following the strictest health and safety guidelines.
Élysée Val d’Europe, the only open hotel in its zone
Since the latest public health emergency measures became applicable on October 17, 2020, Hôtel l’Élysée Val d’Europe changed its guest offerings. We made the decision to stay open, and we were the only nearby hotel to do so. We wanted to stay open for professionals who count on our establishment.
200 m2 of meeting rooms for your professional needs
Conveniently located just minutes’ walk from the Val d’Europe RER A station and the local shopping center, our hotel boasts 4 meeting rooms totaling 200 m2 of space. The rooms range from 23 m2 to 186 m2, and each is ready to welcome you during the lockdown period. We’ll provide the materials you’ll need for successful professional events in our meeting rooms, recently reconfigured to meet anti-Covid measures.
Careful adherence to new health and safety rules
All our common areas and their contents are carefully cleaned by our staff after each use. We’re providing sanitizer gel to our guests, enforcing social distancing measures, and requiring masks be worn across our establishment. Lastly, though our restaurant le George and the bar Le Diplomate are currently close, we can offer each meeting participant an individual meal tray, served directly in the meeting room.
