Parking spaces cannot be reserved in advance and are subject to availability on the day of your event.

Are the meeting rooms at Hôtel l’Elysée Val d’Europe accessible to guests with reduced mobility?

Yes, all our meeting rooms are accessible to guests with reduced mobility.

One of the rooms requires an access ramp to be installed. Please let us know in advance so that we can make the necessary arrangements before your arrival.

Can group menus be adapted to specific dietary requirements?

For groups of more than 20 guests, we generally offer the same menu to all participants.

We can, of course, accommodate allergies and specific dietary requirements, provided we are informed in advance of your event.

Although we do not offer halal or kosher menus, our team will take individual dietary requirements into consideration and provide suitable alternatives whenever possible.

Can we use an external caterer for an event at Hôtel l’Elysée Val d’Europe?

No. For food hygiene and safety reasons, external caterers are not permitted.

However, birthday cakes may be brought in, subject to a service charge, and you may also bring your own drinks, subject to a corkage fee.

Hôtel l’Elysée Val d’Europe has its own restaurant, Le George, as well as an on-site Chef and kitchen team who create the various food and drink options available for your seminars and events.

Yes. We work with a trusted partner who can arrange transfers to and from train stations, airports, the Disney® Parks or any other destination of your choice.
