An accessible hotel for all travellers
Designed to facilitate access to all its guests, the Hôtel l’Elysée Val d’Europe can welcome all its travellers in the best conditions.
Our team is trained to welcome travellers with specific needs in order to propose the necessary equipment or help during the stay (free shuttle service to Disneyland Paris parks, accessible for people with reduced mobility, adapted carriers close to the hotel, assistance in transporting suitcases, door-to-door assistance, etc.).
The Hôtel l’Elysée Val d’Europe is equipped with three elevators that allow access to each floor (parking, reception, restaurant and bar, rooms) thanks to call buttons that can be detected visually and touched (braille and relief). Sound information allows to hear the arrival on each floor.
One of the elevator is also optimised for wheelchairs because it gives direct access to the rooms from the oversized spaces of the outdoor parking!
The common areas of the hotel are wide enough to move around easily.
An accessible breakfast area for persons with reduced mobility
Le George restaurant and Le Diplomate bar are equipped with an access ramp to allow easy access to wheelchairs, whether from the hotel or from the outside.

The furniture in all our rooms is within reach and the surrounding space is designed to move around properly.
5 of our rooms (4 Classics and 1 Junior Suite) are equipped with large walk-in showers with grab bars and various shower and bath chairs are at your disposal free of charge, upon request and subject to availability, to our team.
Also, bright flash alarms are in the adapted rooms to alert in case of general alarm and guarantee the safety of the occupants.
For optimal comfort, we also provide, upon request and subject to availability, a remote control and a large-button phone, as well as a light alarm clock.
