The Hotel l’Elysée Val d’Europe is open every day of the year, from January 1st through December 31st.
WHAT ARE THE CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT HOURS?
Check in starts at 3:00 pm. Guests must check out by 11:00 am.
You may ask for the Early Check-In. This option will allow you to access your room earlier than normal, depending on rooms’ availability upon your arrival. You will be charged an additional 5€ per extra hour until normal check-in time at 3:00 pm.
You may also ask for the Late Check-Out. This option will allow you to leave your room later than normal, depending on rooms’ availability upon your departure. You will be charged an additional 10€ per extra hour after normal check-out time at 11:00 am.
Please note that we offer luggage storage service on arrival and departure days, for free.
Can I cancel my booking?
This depends on your booking:
- If you chose a flexible booking, your reservation may be cancelled until noon (12:00 pm) on the day before your arrival.
- If you chose a non-refundable and non-cancellable booking, you must pay for your booking upfront and you cannot change or cancel your booking.
Do I pay for my stay before I arrive or upon departure?
If you chose a non-flexible booking, the payment is completed upon reservation of your stay. If you chose a flexible booking, a pre-authorization (temporary hold) of the cost of the first night of your stay will be made on your credit card. The entire payment of the stay is requested at check-in.
How much is the deposit?
A credit or debit card will be requested upon your arrival to cover any extra charges you might have during your stay. Otherwise, a deposit of 150€ will be requested in cash.
How much is the tourist tax?
The tourist tax is due upon arrival. The cost is 2.88€ per adult per night. The amount of this tax may change at any time, depending on the laws in force.
Is there a minimum length of stay?
No, there is no minimum length of stay. However, certain periods may require a 2 or 3-day minimum length of stay.

How many guests can each hotel room accommodate?
We have several room’s options available:
- Classic Double and Premium Double Rooms: 2 people (+ 1 infant maximum)
- Triple Premium Rooms: 3 people (maximum 2 adults + 1 child from 3 to 11 years or 1 adult + 2 children from 3 to 11 years) + 1 infant
- Classic Quadruple and Premium Quadruple Rooms: 4 people (+1 infant maximum)
- Junior Suites: 4 people + 2 infants
Please note that the Classic Quadruple and Premium Quadruple Rooms are not equipped to accommodate two infant cots at once.
Are the rooms different sizes?
All our rooms are the same size (24m²) except the Junior Suites, which are bigger (38m²).

You can find below the number of beds in each room:
- Classic Double and Premium Double Rooms: 1 double bed
- Triple Premium Rooms: 1 double bed and 1 single sofa bed

- Junior Suites: 1 double bed and 1 single sofa bed
We are unable to add extra beds in our rooms, aside from infant cots.

Yes. We can offer connecting rooms depending on availability. They can be Quadruple Rooms, Classic or Premium; they accommodate from 1 to 8 people (4 people per room). An additional fee will be charged for this type of room.

CAN YOU PROVIDE AN INFANT COT DURING MY STAY AT THE HOTEL L’ELYSÉE VAL D’EUROPE?
Yes. Please ask for the cot when you reserve your room. This is a free service.

Yes. In addition to the adapted rooms, 3 kinds of bathroom chairs adapted to your needs are available upon request at the reception or when you book.
DOES HOTEL L’ELYSÉE VAL D’EUROPE HAVE ROOMS THAT CAN ACCOMMODATE REDUCED MOBILITY GUESTS?
Yes. We have 5 rooms that are suitable for reduced mobility guests. Each of these rooms has a double bed, and a large floor-level shower instead of a bathtub.
In addition, 3 kinds of bathroom chairs adapted to your needs are available upon request at the reception or when you book.
Please note: One of our Junior Suites is the only room suitable for reduced mobility guests that can accommodate 4 people + 2 infants.
DO YOU HAVE ROOMS WHERE SMOKING IS PERMITTED?
Smoking is prohibited in our hotel, including every room and common area. A penalty of 150€ will be applied if this rule is not respected.
ARE PETS ALLOWED IN THE HOTEL L’ELYSÉE VAL D’EUROPE?
While guide dogs or service animals are welcome in our hotel, we are unable to welcome dogs, cats, or other pets.
DOES THE HOTEL L’ELYSÉE VAL D’EUROPE PROVIDE BASIC HYGIENE PRODUCTS?
Yes. Shampoo, shower gel and soap are provided in your room. Amenities are also available upon request at the reception.

DO THE ROOMS AT HOTEL L’ELYSÉE VAL D’EUROPE INCLUDE BATHTUBS?
All of our rooms offer bathtubs, except rooms that accommodate guests with reduced mobility, which have a large walk-in shower.

The Hotel l’Elysée Val d’Europe has no room with balcony.
IS THERE A REFRIGERATOR IN THE ROOM I HAVE RESERVED?
Yes. All our rooms have a small refrigerator. The refrigerators are empty in our standard rooms, but contain 2 water bottles in our Premium rooms.
WHEN ARE THE ROOMS CLEANED?
The rooms are cleaned every day from 10 am to 5 pm by our team of 22 maids and valets. If you do not want our team to clean your room, you can notify it at the reception or by using the “Do not disturb” sign.
In an eco-responsible approach, the Hotel l’Elysée Val d’Europe offers its guests the «Superhero» program! When you indicate that you do not want our team to clean your room, you earn a super-power: a 5€ discount token valid at our bar Le Diplomate. This token will be left in your room.

Yes. All our rooms have a welcome platter which includes tea, coffee, and a kettle.

Yes, it is possible to order your meal at our restaurant Le George and eat it in your room, depending on the restaurant’s opening hours.

DOES THE HOTEL L’ELYSÉE VAL D’EUROPE HAVE A POOL, A SPA, A JACUZZI, AND A FITNESS CENTRE?
The Hotel l’Elysée Val d’Europe does not offer these equipments. However, you can spend a relaxing moment during your stay at the Aquatonic spa, located a few minutes by bus from our hotel (Bus 43 – Bois de Loselet stop).
CAN I DO LAUNDRY DURING MY STAY?
We partner with a laundry service. You will find a laundry bag in your room. You can drop it at the reception before 8:00 am each morning. Your laundry will be returned to you later the same evening. This service is not available on Sundays and is subject to an extra charge. (Rates are available in your room).
ARE IRONS AND IRONING BOARDS AVAILABLE DURING MY STAY?
Yes. Irons and ironing boards are available to you free of charge. Irons and ironing boards are available in our Premium rooms and Junior Suites. Guests in Classic rooms may ask the reception.
