When is the Hôtel l’Elysée open for bookings?
The Hôtel l’Elysée is open every day of the year, from January 1st through December 31st.
What are the check-in and check-out hours?
Guests may check in beginning at 3:00 pm. Guests must check out by 11:00 am.
Guests may opt for Hôtel l’Elysée’s Early Check-in option. This option will allow you to access your room earlier than normal, depending on room availability upon your arrival. Guests will be charged an additional €5 per hour until normal check-in time at 3:00 pm.
Guests may also opt for Hôtel l’Elysée’s Late Check-out option. This option will allow you to leave your room later than normal, depending on room availability upon your departure. Guests will be charged an additional €10 per hour after normal check-out time at 11:00 am.
Please note that we offer luggage storage services on arrival and departure days, for no additional cost.
Can I cancel my booking?
This depends on your booking. If you opted for flexible booking, your reservation may be canceled up until noon (12:00 pm) on the day before your scheduled arrival. If you opted for a non-flexible booking, you must pay for your booking up front and these costs are non-refundable.
Do I pay for my stay before I arrive or upon departure?
If you opted for a non-flexible booking, the payment is completed upon reservation of your stay. If you opted for a flexible booking, a pre-authorization (temporary hold) will be made with the card used at time of reservation. The amount is equal to the cost of the first night o your stay.
How much is the deposit?
The deposit is €100 per room. A credit or debit card will be requested upon your arrival to cover any incidental charges you might accrue during your stay.
How much is the tourist tax?
The tourist tax is payable upon arrival. The cost is €2.88 per adult per night. Please note that our prices include VAT.
Is there a minimum length of stay?
No, there is no minimum length of stay. However, certain periods may require a 2- or 3-day minimum length of stay depending on demand.
Can I reserve a long stay on the Hôtel l’Elysée website?

Can I reserve a group booking on the Hôtel l’Elysée website?

We have several room options available:
- Double and Premium Double Rooms: 2 people (+2 infants maximum)
- Triple Premium Rooms: 3 people (+2 infants maximum)
- Quadruple and Premium Quadruple Rooms: 4 people (+2 infants maximum)
- Junior Suites 4 people (+2 infants maximum)
Please note that the Quadruple and Premium Quadruple Rooms are not equipped to accommodate two infant cots at once.
Are the rooms different sizes?
All our rooms are the same size except the Junior Suites, which are bigger.
How many beds does each hotel room have?
We have several options available:

Yes. We have 4 rooms that are suitable for reduced-mobility guests. Each of these rooms has a double bed. The bathroom in these rooms has a large floor-level shower instead of a bathtub.
Please note that one of our Junior Suites is the only room suitable for reduced-mobility guests that can accommodate 4 people and 2 infants.
Do you have rooms where smoking is permitted?
Smoking is prohibited in our hotel, including every room and common area.
Are pets allowed in the hotel?
While guide dogs are welcome in our hotel, we are unable to welcome your friendly dogs, cats, or other animals.

Yes, our hotel has an underground parking lot with 100 parking spots. Maximum vehicle height for the lot is 1.95 meters. This parking lot is free with any booking made directly on our hotel website. For other bookings, the cost is €10 per vehicle per night.

We partner with a laundry service. You will find a laundry bag in your room. You can drop off your clothes to be washed at reception before 8:00 am each morning. Your laundry will be returned to you later the same evening. This service is not available on Sundays, and is subject to a surcharge.
