A four-course Valentine’s Day menu
To welcome you on this special occasion, our chef will prepare grilled scallops with vanilla, followed by seared foie gras with a raspberry coulis. For the main course, you can savor a Saint Pierre fish filet accompanied by a truffled beurre blanc sauce. This will be followed by a plate of local Brie cheese from a neighboring cheesemaker in Lagny, before ending on a sweet note with a candied apple with chocolate and berries, served alongside a glass of champagne.
